Self love is never selfish. We live in a world that has programmed us into thinking that giving ourselves self-compassion and self-love is selfish. This is not true at all, it is the opposite of that.


So many of us are suffering from anxiety, depression, chronic stress, mental exhaustion as well as physical and emotional pain. This is due to not loving and caring for ourselves the way we deserve. This Retreat we will work on giving you the understanding of how important self-love and self-compassion can be to all of us.
